unplastic

i've got a trunk full of roses and i'm driving them to you babe. dump them on your front lawn so you can wakeup to a little piece of floral sound and if you don't like them i'll pack them up and take them home, pick all the petals off one by one and enjoy the little sound. as i pluck these petals and throw away the stems i'll bring them back to you and lightly dust your house with them, and you'll wake up in a whole knew world. everything will seem heavenly because you truly want it too be. and nothing will seem plastic and you'll see the truth and every now and then when the wind goes to dance among those petals you'll feel an instant rush like the first time i looked at you and with mindful eyes you may search the sky for a piece of me - but i'll be here. right on the ground and it won't seem as far as it does because a little piece of something is better than a little piece of nothing and this is as real as it gets pretty face, throw awake the plastics and indulge on such taste.
